Laser welding technology is a technique that uses the heat generated by the laser beam to melt the plastic contact surface, and then bond thermoplastic sheets, films, or molded components together. It is suitable for precision penetration welding between thermoplastic parts.

Vibration free, water tight, air tight, clean, efficient, and stable
Laser welding process:
The transparency properties of plastic components connected by transparent laser welding technology are not the same. Clamp the transparent and absorbent thermoplastic materials together with a fixture, with the transparent material on top and the absorbent material on bottom, and apply a certain clamping pressure. The laser beam penetrates the upper layer of transparent work and reaches the surface of the lower absorbing material. The laser energy is converted into thermal energy, causing the surface to melt. At the same time, the heat is also transmitted through conduction from the bottom to the contact surface of the upper layer of transparent workpiece, causing it to melt, thus achieving laser thermal fusion welding. Ultimately, a reliable and solid plastic connector is formed, just like the underlying material.
