Spin fusion welding

Rotating friction plastic welding machine is usually used to weld two circular thermoplastic workpieces. One workpiece is fixed on the bottom mold, and the other workpiece is fixed on the precision servo rotating spindle fixture. Due to a certain pressure acting on the two workpieces, the high-speed rotation friction of the upper and lower circular components heats up the contact surface friction between the upper and lower workpieces, converts mechanical energy into thermal energy, and after the contact surface melts, the pressure stops at the set position instantly, making the upper and lower workpieces welded together to form a permanent fusion and a tight and closed whole, meeting the welding requirements. Suitable for hot melt welding of circular products such as thermoplastic PE, PP, nylon, etc., without being limited by workpiece size and material.
