Ultrasonic cutting

The principle of ultrasonic cutting machine is completely different from traditional cutting. It utilizes the energy of ultrasound to locally heat and melt the material being cut, thereby achieving the purpose of cutting the material. So ultrasonic cutting does not require sharp edges, nor does it require significant pressure, and will not cause edge collapse or damage to the material being cut. Meanwhile, due to the ultrasonic vibration of the cutting blade, the frictional resistance is particularly low, making it difficult for the cut material to stick to the blade. This is particularly effective for cutting sticky and elastic materials, frozen materials such as food, rubber, or objects that are inconvenient to apply pressure. Ultrasonic cutting also has a great advantage, which is that it has a fusion effect at the cutting site while cutting. The cutting area has been edge sealed to prevent loose tissue of the cut material (such as textile material burrs). The use of ultrasonic cutting machines can also be expanded, such as digging holes, shoveling, scraping paint, carving, slitting, and so on.
